I wanted to speak with Jennifer because she has so much experience working with families, both kids and parents. She has so many helpful practices and tools that make co-regulation easier i.e. when both parent and child are able to remain calm. I learned so much from the book ‘Positive Discipline’ and Jennifer’s curriculum that I wanted share it with other moms. When I was most overwhelmed I wish I had known how to stay calm and share the load.
